• For the sharing tour, The pickup time will at any time within 45 minutes of your booked tour time, depending on your location. For example, if your activity starts at 2:30 PM, you will be picked up between 1:45–2:30 PM. You should be ready at the lobby of your hotel/building from the start of the pickup time (in the case of the example, 1:45 PM) since your driver may arrive at any time from the starting time. If there is any change, you will be notified by WhatsApp, phone call or email.
